We love pancakes at the weekend for breakfast; smothered in maple syrup and seasonal fruit.  Here is my favourite, really easy go to recipe:

Ingredients 

I cup flour

1 cup semi skimmed milk

1 egg

Knob melted butter


Method:


Serve with whatever takes your fancy…
